Newborn Nail Clipper Electric Baby Anti-pinch Meat Care Set

The product is great and woks well but it needs a better design as I've had to repair this myself due to it not working on arrival. The metal plate for the batteries doesn't touch the battery on the positive side (no spring side) so I've had to solder some additional metal plating to it to make it thicker to reach the battery and now it works. I know it's a cheap product but I would have expected some form of quality control to have picked up on something so simple but pivotal to it's operation. The service from the store was great as always. Thanks.
